Leading by the One Belt One Road policy originated by the China government with focus in the South East Asia market, JME thereby has decided to allocate part of its resources and funding in infrastructure development as we believe infrastructure is always an important step and the foundation for a city to develop and grow for long-run.

We are specified investing in those infrastructures for the daily living of the general public to meet the everyday expansion of the population size in a growing city, therefore it mostly goes to those related to transportation, housing and public facilities. These investments are in fact the most stable assets with recurring income cash flow to be generated, with the fundamental investment theory of JME always retain. Those infrastructure developments which can serve a city up to 10 years are always regarded as one of the fixed assets in our portfolio and our affiliates, with stable recurring cash flow to be generated under the operation of these infrastructure, they are in fact serving the same purpose like property investment of JME in the past, while these infrastructure assets in fact generate higher recurring return annually as they are built and developed with JME’s support since beginning with the focused areas only in those emerging cities with high population density.

The market is always changing, while the investment theory under JME  always remains. We still target to those strong asset-based investment with sensible recurring return, while the assets in the group nowadays is more diversified to different kinds to cope with the market demand under the new rules and economic pattern.
