  • Responsible in data mining, investment research and analysis to Managing Director
  • Assist with trade execution process related to stock, option and foreign currency
  • Draft contracts and other documentation work related to acquisitions, security financing and other investment projects
  • Provide data reporting and complex financial reportsand presentation
  • Communicate and coordinate with external parties
  • Administrative support whenever necessary
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects
  • Travel may be required
  • Diploma or above. Major in Business Administration and Management or related courses, with knowledge in financeand accounting, will be an advantage
  • Good analytical, problem solving and research skills
  • Attentive to details and efficient, with effective multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivated, mature and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Word / Excel /PowerPoint and Chinese input) is a must. Knowledge in Bloomberg, photoshop and IT system is preferred
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
  • 1-2 years working experience is preferred but not a must
  • Candidates who specialized in Accounting/ book-keeping are welcome for Accounting officer role

  • Handle administrative work related to property acquisition and management
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on business proactively and independently
  • Schedule meetings, travel arrangements and handle business correspondence in a professional manner
  • Coordinate activities and assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks whenever necessary
  • Associate Degree/Higher Diploma or above, knowledge of property market/management will be an advantage
