This is always the direction of our investment team and is the important element for us to pledge our liquidity with return while maintaining the purchasing power for different opportunities under the group. Regarding our private equity investments, on top of the financing package provided, we also put further effort in handling the relationship with these counter-partners to secure the relationship, and thereby the Origination & Structuring team, the Corporate Advisory team and the Mergers and Acquisitions team have been formed respectively for the purpose to provide a one-stop service to maintain the clients through different angles.

The investment portfolio has maintained a strong growth at 10% p.a. Our team originates, structures and manages worldwide public and private investment products everyday to ensure the company’s daily management produces considerable return. The portfolio is solely privately funded by the group and is strictly disapproved for any participation from public funding.

Origination and Structuring

To meet the financial and liquidity requirement for our partners, affiliates and investment targets in different aspects within their specified time frame, JME also offers a wide range of financial solutions for their specific needs. We act as the lender to those companies with potential to grow and have long-term collaboration with the same vision of JME through various products or strategies such as non-recourse loans, leveraged loans, Convertible Bonds, ISDAs and Repurchase Agreements. We believe such kind of leverage financing with JME’s ability and liquidity through debt and equity market would be useful to help our partner companies to re-activate their growth engines especially those with strong assets, either tangible or intangible.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Merging and acquiring companies with high potential growth is always an on-going endeavour of JME, it is always the direction of JME to maintain its business expansion and company growth.
